Will be making risotto and gnochhi from scratch, also showing you how to enjoy your leftovers just as much. We will be using seasonal vegetables and herbs to create this vegetraian dinner.
We are diving into the techniques of Braising! Every culture has some dish thats cooked so low and slow. We will sample a braise from France thats sure to be stained burgandy, take a tast of morocco with a Tagine, and enjoy a spicy braise from Mexico. This class is not suited for vegetarians.
